Can you feel the love?!

This was just too funny not to share with the blogging world.  My hubby is home from work today with back pain and here is an email conversation that shows what a sweet and loving family we are. (Read from the bottom up :) )

Have i told you recently that you’re evil? And im sure you would love to push me in a wheel chair right off a cliff if u had ur way….secret hater

Beth wrote:

That’s a great idea.  You should call the doctor next week.  That way it will be right after a long trip and you can really be stressed out and in pain.  And you could possibly be so stiff and sore that you may need to be wheeled into the doc.  I have always wanted to push you in a wheelchair.  I could do wheelies with you.  And if you think I’m bad about curbs with a vehicle then you haven’t seen anything yet!!  Make sure you get one with a seatbelt cuz you’ll need it.  And maybe you’ll get grouchy enough that your children will secretly hate you too.

Ok…ill have them do that. No!!! I didnt call the doctor and im not gonna…ill be fine…ill do it next week.

The water is already off…had Austin do it after you left. Ill try to get the laundry done.

You secretly hate me and i know it

I love you tho

Don’t let Austin & Rachel forget to do the dishes.  And if you feel energetic (lol) you and Rachel can fold the clothes in the dryer and put the ones in the wash in there.  And don’t forget to turn the water off on the grass if you haven’t already.  And did you remember to call the doctor

And I really do love you  (or I wouldn’t be such a pain )

Same ol’ stuff

There is nothing real exciting going on in our household.

Austin & Rachel are home today taking care of my hubby.  His back is hurting him again.  He is hoping he can go in to work later but this morning he could hardly move.  He said it felt like his back was on fire.

Matt is just being Matt.  He is full of wisdom, funny quips, and being a pain.  He had 3 accidents when he got home last night!  3!  I was not impressed.  If he wasn’t so cute I would have strangled him.  At dinner Kevin was showing Austin that you could get Matt to agree to anything just by ending the question with, “huh Matt?”  It was pretty funny.  Matt enjoyed it too.  He kept throwing his head back with his big cheesy, toothy grin that he gets.

There’s really not much going on this week that is real exciting.  Matt starts golf tonight so I’ll give a report on how that goes later this evening or in the morning.  Friday we have to go up and get our van.  They actually fixed it after the accident!!  We have to stay the night and get Lauren Saturday from camp.  Then its back home for some more fun in the hot hot sun.  We may end up at my mom and dad’s in their pool.
