Trip to the City for Austin

Today is the day we have to travel to the big city for Austin’s doctor’s appointment.  It’s going to be busy all day.  I have class at 8:30 this morning.  I get out at 9:45.  Then we have to drive the 3+ hours to the city for our appointment.  We will probably stop halfway to eat.  His appointment is at 2 at the children’s hospital.  With it being an afternoon appointment I don’t see us getting out of there until 4 or 4:30.  Then we’ll find a place for dinner.  Then travel the 3+ hours back home.  I don’t see us getting home until about 9. 

Matty is staying the night with his grandparents.  The girls are staying with my mother-in-law.  And I have the day off since it’s a federal holiday so I get an automatic 8 hours without having to use vacation & sick time.  Woohoo…lol.   I’ll update on what the specialist says tomorrow.
