Feeling a Bit Better

I’m doing much better than yesterday.  All day yesterday I had coworkers asking if I felt okay.  All morning today I have had coworkers tell me how much better I look.  I must have looked pretty icky yesterday.

I went to bed last night around 8:30.  I tucked the wee ones in bed and passed right out in my own.  Lauren came home from the neighbors at 9 and found me zonked out with my laptop and cell phone.  She put all the stuff away and tucked me in.  I never thought my 15 year old would tuck me into bed. 

I’m still a bit tired.  I could take a nap if I was home, but I’m at work.  I bet I make it another early night tonight.  But at least I don’t feel bad.  I have little twinges in my lower abdomen but no pain.  I’m sure if I took an Advil I wouldn’t even feel the twinges anymore.  There comes a point when taking pills just gets annoying. 

Guess What I Just Found…

Dr. Mike Tranfaglia started a blog!!  Dr. Mike has a very long intensive history with fragile X syndrome.  He has fragile x children himself.  He also was one of the founders of FRAXA.  He has some fragile X videos as well as some pictures of him and his family on his blog.  His focus isn’t just on FXS though.  He does quite a bit with autism as well.
