Top 10 Reasons I MIGHT BE Worlds Worst Mom
September 28, 2008
Even though I did win the award for not being the worlds worst mother I had to do this one too.
Some of these come from a couple that came to look at our house the other day and I overheard them commenting on things my children were doing and items laying around my home. As I have told others it didn’t bother me because I could tell they didn’t have children.
1. I allow my teens to play Mature video games.
2. I have prescription bottles sitting on low lying shelves.
3. I allow my children to eat in front of the tv from time to time.
4. I allow my teens to drink a cup of coffee to wake them up.
5. I let my kids lay around in their pajamas all day long on the weekends.
6. The two youngest kids share a bedroom…and 1 is a boy and 1 is a girl!
7. Austin sleeps in the living room.
8. There is a tv in every bedroom.
9. I let Matty eat noodles for breakfast.
10. I let my 16 year old read Harlequin romances & other such novels. Actually her grandma gives them to her!
If you feel like you want to take this on or the other one that I did on why you aren’t the worst mom holler at me and I’ll link you

Congratulations on your award! You can’t possibly be the worse mother at all! Are you serious? You should have asked those people to leave!
Your kids have a place to stay, food, and love that only you can give them!
Who cares if they eat noodles, drink coffee, or read novels!

TC’s permanent eating place is the coffee table. I love my laminate floors!! He drinks way too much tea…decaffeinated, but still!
My kids were in their pj’s all day yesterday, so was I!!
I talk to Sara about things most parents don’t talk to their 12 year olds about. But most of it she hears at school and we discuss it!
Guess I am a bad mother too! LOL!

I joined the confessions. I think I am still in the running for the worst mom title.
