I’m excited to see the results of these trials. The article on Fraxa talked about potentially using this and another drug like fenobam together to even further mature synapses.

The research findings have been so encouraging lately and whereas at one time I did not hold out much hope for a cure, I can now see it happening. I can even see treatment being possible to help my son, now 18, and other older sufferers.
It is amazing that the brain’s structure can be altered in this way.

We tried it for David but didn’t see much of anything. I hope it works well for others though. Seems like not much is helping David at all these days though. Don’t know why.

He has full-blown Autism with severe agression and agitation. We have him on Risperdol, Lithium, and Depekote. I am going to start him on the Minocycline. I am VERY anxious for the Fenoban!!!!! Aaron has almost destroyed our home and our family!! I know there is hope out there!!!!! Anyone else out there with the same situation????
