One of my all time favorite stories involving a fragile x youth is the one of Jake Porter. If you are clueless as to what I’m talking about go to this article: Unique Touchdown touches Hearts . I was looking on youtube for any new videos related to fragile x or autism and actually found a video of Jake’s touchdown. It was awesome to watch the events transpire even if it happened 7 years ago! And there is supposed to be a made for tv movie about it called Jake’s Run

Fraxa sells a dvd about the whole thing with the video of his touchdown and also interviews with Jake and his mom and his coach and some other people. It’s pretty cool and not too expensive. This is also one of my favorite stories! I didn’t know there was going to be a movie. I’ll have to watch for it. I can’t wait to see it!
