He’s a Smart One!

Matthew has been on top of things lately.  He comes back with answers and quips faster than I can think of them. 

Matthew:  You’re in Dad’s chair.

Mom:  I know.  Do you see him anywhere?

Matthew:  No.  He’s at work!

Months ago his reply would have been, “Who?” or he would have just ignored me.  He may have even just repeated his initial statement.  It’s neat to see him come back with rational answers.
