Did that REALLY happen??

Can you believe on a Monday morning that I actually got Matthew to take a bath, and I still got to work on time?!  And not only did he take a bath and get dressed but I managed to clip his finger and toe nails!  All this on a Monday morning. 

Normally, I would say that it was a sign of good things to come but I got to work and found a message from the maintenance guy.  It looks like our air conditioner at work is broke again.  He warned us that it will get hot this afternoon.  Thankfully, our air conditioner at home works again because I will be rushing out of here at 5 to get to it!!

On a positive note though our temps have dropped quite a bit from last week.  Last week it was well over 100 and the sky was cloudless but this week looks pretty cozy:

And I know I’m rambling but can you believe that school starts back here on August 14!!  It feels like summer just got going and now we are thinking of heading back to school again.  It is just crazy!
